The puncture strength,edgewise crush resistance and adhesive strength of double-wall corrugated paperboard with A&B flutes were studied by a series of tests under four different ambient conditions of temperature 20℃ and relative humidity of 60%,70%,80% and 90%,and the change rule of mechanical properties of double-wall corrugated paperboard with relative humidity were obtained.

在瓦楞纸板生产线中,双面机是完成瓦楞纸板成型的重要的设备。当各单面机瓦楞纸楞顶经涂胶后与面纸同时、同速进入双面机在一定的压力、温度作用下完成纸板加热粘合,冷却成型。因此双面机是影响纸板粘合质量、耐压强度等指标非常重要的设备。 通常所说的双面机主要包括三部分 (1)前段的热板部 (2)后段的冷却部 (3)驱动部(包括瓦楞纸板传送带),与瓦楞单面机的机械结构以及电脑分切压痕机的电器控制系统相比,相对简单,因此双面机的操作,维护检测等工作往往得不到瓦楞纸板工作人员的重视,造成生产的纸板的质量问题. 一 热板部机械结构: 热板部主要包括: (1)热板 (2)重力辊或热触板及升降导杆 (3)上输送带及调整装置 (4)蒸汽管道 (1)热板—般采用钢板焊接而成,外形像长方形箱子。长度与生产线幅宽相对应,宽度为600mm,高度大约为200mm,并能够在蒸汽压力及相应温度下保持足够的强度和刚度。根据瓦楞纸板线的生产车速、工作幅宽不同,双面机热板的数量有所不同,般为12—21块。在高速瓦楞纸板线中为了保证在高车速下纸板的优质粘合,双面机热板部应足够长、热板数量足够多。特别是选购采用重力辊系统的双面机时,热板数量以及重力辊的间隔度会大大影响生产线的速度。热板呈水平排列且每块热板表面同等高度,安装或调整时使用水平仪保证热板的绝对水平。在平时的生产中要保证热板表面的清洁,如果热板表面粘有糊胶应立即清除,并且要注意热板表面不能被划伤。热板在工作前后的温差大,伸长也大,所以热板安装在机架上时一端用螺丝固定,另—端可以游动,这样热板在热胀冷缩中不受限制。 (2)重力辊足保证纸板完好粘合而施加压力的棍子,安装在热板上部通过传送带向纸板施压。每块热板上的重力辊为一组,每组大约6根重力辊。重力辊压力足可以调整的,与热板的间隙同样可以根据生产不同层数的纸板(如A楞间隙高度为 | |
