By means of the cellular morphology and the physio logical-biochemical features, and combining with partial 16S rDNA gene sequencing results of the bacterium, the amount, community structure and their distributions of H 2S-producing bacterium in the sediment of the near-shore shrimp-cultural pond were analyzed.
从微生物学角度 ,采用细胞形态学和生理生化分类法 ,结合部分细菌 16S rDNA序列测定结果 ,分析了近海养虾场底泥中代谢有机硫和无机硫产H2 S细菌的数量、种群结构及其分布特征 。
