In this article, We report a new approach for screening new fast-acting analogs of monomeric insulin through enzymatic synthesis of Lispro Insulin by DOI (pork insulin with B23-30 removed) from pork insulin digestion with trypsin and GFFYTKPT synthesized by chemical methods.
