分子量与分子量分布 照右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液项下的方法测定，重均 分子量应为32 000～42 000，10％大分子部分重均分子量不得大于120 000，10％小分子部 分重均分子量不得小于5000。 PH值、重金属、不溶性微粒、异常毒性、热原与过敏试验 照右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射 液项下的方法检查，均应符合规定。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。

照右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液项下的方法测定，用右旋糖酐40作空白试验校正。
