In this work, TiNi shape memory alloy films on oxidized single crystal Si substrate were successfully prepared by co-sputtering of TiNi target with a separated Ti target.

性质:指具有bcc或hcp晶体结构的马氏体,加热逆转变为fcc结构的奥氏体时,显示形状记忆效应的铁基合金。已发现的具有bcc→fcc相变的合金有Fe-Pt和Fe-Ni-Co-Ti等合金,这类合金低温相主要是薄片状马氏体,在加热转变成奥氏体时具有可逆性。具有hcp→fcc相变的有Fe-Mn-Si系合金,这种合金低温相为具有hcp晶体结构的ε马氏体,该合金形状记忆应变为2%~3%。添加Cr、Ni减少Mn、Si可以改善合金加工性能,提高形状记忆性能。合金的熔炼及加工工艺与一般铁基合金类似。
