性质:链霉菌 Streptomyces lactamdurans,S. griseus,S. clavuligerus等产生的在7位具有甲氧基的一组头孢菌素。有A,B,C等组分,C的钠盐为白色结晶性粉末,旋光度[α]D+103°(c=0.9,水),紫外吸收光谱240,266nm(135,160)。对酸比青霉素G稳定,抗菌力低,仅略高于头孢菌素C。7-甲氧基的存在,增强了对头孢菌素酶的稳定性,对产生头孢菌素酶的耐药菌亦有作用。本身未临床应用,是半合成头孢菌素的重要原料之一。通常以发酵法制造,已完成全合成,并报道若干向头孢菌素导入7-甲氧基的方法。
