性质:在连续式粉碎机中,为了避免阻塞起见,排料速率必须等于进料速率。如果为闭塞粉碎,部分物料在排料前多次被粉碎,使很多颗粒超过了必需的细度,便造成能量的浪费及粉碎效率的降低,为了避免上述情况,粉碎机的设计及操作,要使其易于将粉碎过的物料及时排出。这样虽可能同时排出过大颗粒,但可将其经过分级,返回粉碎机再进行粉碎。这就是自由粉碎或自由排出粉碎。
