其结构式CH3COOCH3,分子量74.08。无色液体,有酯香味。相对密度(20℃/4℃)0.9185.凝固点-98.1℃,沸点57.8℃,闪点(开口)-10 ℃.燃点502℃,折射率1.3614,粘度(20 ℃)0.385mPa·s.蒸气压(20℃)22.64kPa。溶解度参数δ=9.6。比热容2.1kJ/(kg·K)。能与醇、醚、烃类等混溶。在水中溶解度为31.9g/100m1.(20℃)。易挥发、易燃烧、易水解。蒸气与空气形成爆炸性混合物,爆炸极限4.1%-13.9%(vol)。低毒,有刺激性和麻醉性,空气中最高容许浓度为100mg/m3。 用作快干溶剂, 贮存于阴凉、通风的库房内,远离火种、热源。
