旋流水口

The water and mathematical modeling was carried out to study the flow field using swirling flow nozzle in continuous casting billet mould,the influent of the angle and location of the blade on flow pattern inside the mould was analyzed.
结果表明:旋流水口使结晶器内的流动均匀,出现上环流区:叶片角度的减小,旋转流股的冲击深度减小,环流区上移,当叶片角度为60°,出现下环流区:转子距水口出口的距离越大,旋转流股的冲击深度越大。

水口法  山水画技法名。两山相交,乱石重叠,水从峡谷中环绕弯转而泻出,叫“水口”。高山峻岭,一水从上直垂于万仞迂下,怒涛腾沸如匹练,叫“瀑布”。山麓之下,回转缓流,泥沙穿插、碎石滚滚称“溪水”。作水口须从流水两旁皴染,使阴凹深暗,石面突出,水口应留出空白,以墨线钩出波纹流势,似水从峡中流出,垂瀑源头,宜加苔草遮映,或点缀碎石沙痕,加染色彩,以示深远,似有潺潺之声为宜。
