做法
1.鸡蛋打散，滤去蛋清，把蛋黄打散成蛋液；葱切花；
2.将白米饭放在大碗中，加入蛋液一起搅拌至米粒皆呈金黄色止；
3.烧热油锅，将搅拌好的饭炒至米粒呈松散状时，加入精盐调味，撒上葱花即可。鸡蛋
