Effects of emulsifying temperature and adding time of complex emulsifier into the liquid rosin system on emulsification efficiency,sizing performance of the third-grade rosin based cationic dispersed rosin size were investigated in this paper.
采用常压逆转工艺制备出了性能优良的阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶,对制备过程中乳化温度、复合乳化剂的加入时间进行了探讨,实验结果表明,在综合考虑操作成本与乳化效果的前提下,乳化温度以140℃为宜,复合乳化剂的加入时间以20m in为宜。
