瓠瓜 Lagenaria siceraria var.hispida 葫芦科葫芦属一年生蔓性草本。又称瓠子、扁蒲、葫芦。以幼嫩果实供食用。原产印度和非洲。在中国广泛分布,南方为主。 瓠瓜根系发达,茎为蔓性,长可达3~4米,分枝性强。单叶,互生,叶片呈心脏形,上面有茸毛。雌雄异花同株。花白色,多在夜间以及阳光微弱的傍晚或清晨开放。瓠果,开花后10~20天即可采收,瓠瓜的果实形状变异很多,可分为长瓠子或蒲瓜、长柄葫芦、杓蒲或称大葫芦、细腰葫芦或通称葫芦和观赏葫芦或小葫芦。 瓠瓜为喜温植物。生长适温20~25℃。栽培时一般先育苗,然后定植到露地。瓠瓜对肥料及水分要求较高,要施足基肥,并多次追施速效氮肥。不耐涝、旱。主要害虫有蚜虫和黄守瓜;主要的病害有病毒病、枯萎病、疫病、炭疽病、白粉病等。 瓠瓜幼果味清淡,品质柔嫩,适于煮食。 |
