Dimethyl azobisisobutyrate was prepared by hydrolyzation of azoiminomethylether hydrochloride which was synthesized through the Pinner reaction of azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and methanol in the present of anhydrous hydrochloride.
在无水氯化氢存在下,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)与甲醇通过Pinner反应合成偶氮亚胺醚盐酸盐,经水解制备偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯,研究了反应条件对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:n(AIBN)∶n(CH3OH)∶n(HCl)=1。
