zhongjianguan yurezhan中l’ed罐预热站(tundish preheating Station) 将周转使用的中间罐内衬在60一120min之内预热到1000℃以上，以减少钢水进入中间罐后的温降，保持最佳的浇注状态的连铸设备。中间罐预热站设置在浇注平台上连铸主作业线的两侧，每侧一个。预热站由立柱、前端带烧嘴的回转臂、驱动装置、风机、空气和燃气管线和阀门等以及电控设备组成。驱动可以用电动缸，亦可用液压缸。燃料可以用焦炉煤气、天然气或轻油。水口预热装置用于中间罐水口的预热，是独立的装置，但燃气管线常从中间罐预热站中分出来。水口预热有两种方式:直接加热式和抽气式。直接加热式是以带有支承结构的烧嘴对中间罐水口直接加热。抽气式是用中间罐预热的燃烧气体，使其通过水口使之达到预热的方式。这种方式还需配备小风机，文氏管喷射器以及压缩空气喷射源等。在采用外装式浸入式水口操作的连铸机上，还需配备浸入式水口烘烤炉，对备用浸入式水口进行预热，以便在事故状态下，可以随时更换经预热过的浸入式水口。 (俞姜)
