性质： 别名反式-9-十八碳烯酸。常温下为白色固体。熔点43.7℃。沸点288℃(13.3Pa)。相对密度0.8505。不溶于水，溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿、苯等。通常用油酸经氮氧化物、硝酸亚汞、亚硫酸等处理而得。油脂加氢时也有反油酸产生。反油酸的钠皂的去污性能不如油酸钠皂。主要用于医药研究。也用作色层分析的参比标准。
