Using selective extraction procedure,hydride generation atomic absorption spectrophotometry coupled with flow injection analysis system and corn pot experiment,five different extractants,including HCl,HOAc,EDTA,NH4OAc and MgCl2 were chosen,and the effects of extraction time,ratio of soil to solution on the extraction of bio-available Hg were investigated.
