Author has introduced the project situation for energy conservation type of 100 000 t/a methanol plant for Lingqi Sub-company of Shanxi Fengxi Fertilizer Industry Group Stock Corporation,which has put into operation in 2006;has discussed the technical feature of this methanol plant from aspects of nationalization degree,process line,energy utilization,and process index etc.

This paper makes a brief summary of the measures for technical t ra nsformation and practicing situation of many small urea units and their supporti ng works such as the decarbonizing workshop section, CO2 compressing and purifyi ng workshop section, N- H- aerostatic press, and main urea workshop building, etc.
