黏多糖沉积症Ⅱ型
黏多糖沉积症Ⅱ型为X连锁隐性遗传,女性杂合子携带者多无症状。表现:2~4岁起病,1~4岁起生长不良,成人身高120~150cm。头大,面孔粗陋,唇厚。部分关节屈曲僵硬,爪状手,骨骼宽厚。肝脾肿大。多毛。腹股沟疝。鼻有黏液性分泌物,进行性耳聋。出牙迟。尿中排出硫酸皮肤素及硫酸肝素。与黏多糖沉积症Ⅰ型的区别为:①角膜透明;②无驼背;③无女性患者;④外观改变逐渐出现。少年型有严重智力障碍。死亡多在4~14岁之间发生,可为心脏病心衰引起。晚发型:一般较轻。
