The surface modification of polystyrene films via selective aggregation of polyether silicone oil(PSO) on their surfaces was studied.

主料： 活龙虾1只（约1500克）。
配料： 鱼露、盐、料酒、味精、淀粉、高汤蛋清、花生油。
做法： 1、龙虾取头尾，蒸熟摆在盘子两端。龙虾肉取出切成大块，用盐、料酒、蛋清、淀粉浆好。取一小碗加入鱼露、料酒、湿淀粉、高汤调成碗芡。
2、炒锅置火上，加入花生油，待油温烧至五成热时，下入浆好的龙虾肉，滑透捞出，沥尽油。锅中留少许底油，下入滑好的龙虾肉，烹入碗芡，翻炒均匀，出锅前淋少许明油，出锅装盘。
特点： 美观大方，色泽洁白，虾鲜脆嫩。
