文章通过成矿环境、成矿规律、火山成矿作用及成矿物质来源等分析研究,认为矿床为产于陆缘裂谷带中的火山岩块状硫化物层控矿床,层状夕卡岩直接控制矿体,成矿物质源于上地慢或深部地壳,成矿热液主要来自火山热液加大气降水,属于海相火山岩喷流沉积成因的层控夕卡岩型铜(金)矿体。
