侵入性感染
invasive infection
侵袭性感染。大面积烧伤后细菌在创面中繁殖并侵袭到正常健康组织引起全身症状，此时不管细菌有无侵入血流，血培养是否阳性，大量侵入的细菌及其释放的毒素已足可致患者死亡，此即为侵入性感染。侵入性感染可发生在烧伤创面愈合前任何时期，最早发生可在伤后24h之内，以伤后10d内的回吸收期和伤后3～4周的焦痂溶解期为多。其防治原则见“烧伤创面脓毒症”条目。
