The effects on setting time and mechanical properties of cement pastes containing the MSWI fly ash were investigated.
研究了城市垃圾焚烧飞灰的化学成分及矿物组成,以及掺入水泥后对水泥浆体的凝结时间和力学性能的影响;并借助SEM、XRD和ICP等测试手段对硬化水泥浆体的微观结构、水化产物和重金属的浸出与固化机理进行了研究,探索了将城市垃圾焚烧飞灰开发成新型混合材料的可行性。

合成底灰 采用聚乙烯醇加松香进行脂化反应，生成PVA松香粘结剂，再加一定数量的羧甲基纤维素、瓦灰、土子灰凋拌而成的底灰。合成底灰是漆器底料的科研成果，可用它来代替猪血料灰地。合成方法有多种，如聚乙烯醇、缩醛与聚醋酸乙烯醋乳液及其共聚体的灰底粘结剂，聚乙烯醇接枝丙烯酰胺的水溶性胶，聚乙稀醇甲醛与脲醛树脂的共混胶等。
