压电换能器
超声学检查设备的元件之一。使用压电材料作为换能材料制成的换能器。在这种换能器中,对压电(换能)材料施加交变电场,它即产生交变的应变,并向周围的介质发射声波。反之,当压电材料受到声场中声压作用时,发生机械应变,由应变引起内部电极化的变化,在相应的电极上产生与应变成正比的电荷,并输出电压。压电换能器是目前医用超声换能器的主要类型,其中多使用压电陶瓷,由于陶瓷容易加工成所需要的形状,可改变其组分和工艺以满足各种用途的高性能要求,因此使用很普遍。
