A random block forestation experiment was carried out for Acacia crassccarp seedlings inoculated with nodule bacteria designed with six treatments and three repetitions in order to understand the effect of nodule bacteria upon forestation quality,and to screen out the nodule bacteria strains with superior characters applicable to forestation.
为了解接种根瘤菌对造林质量的影响,筛选出适于造林生产的优良根瘤菌株,采用随机区组试验设计,设置6处理、3重复的厚荚相思苗木接种根瘤菌造林试验,结果表明:采用接种根瘤菌的苗木造林,利用生物固氮作用,可促进幼树的高生长和地径生长,增加幼树叶片的叶绿素含量;并从中筛选出ZG04为优良菌株。

| 根瘤菌 Rhizobiaceae 细菌的一科。能促使植物异常增生的一类革兰氏染色阴性需氧杆菌。正常细胞以鞭毛运动，无芽孢。可利用多种碳水化合物，并产生相当量的胞外粘液。如根瘤菌属和慢性根瘤菌属都能从豆科植物根毛侵入根内形成根瘤，并在根瘤内成为分枝的多态细胞，称为类菌体。常制成细菌制剂在田间施用，作为作物或牧草增产的一种手段。还有土壤杆菌属，能够通过外伤入侵多种双子叶植物和裸子植物，致使植物细胞转化为异常增生的肿瘤细胞，产生根癌、毛根或杆瘿等。
