| 镇咳药 antitussive drug 用以止咳的药物。分为两种类型：①中枢性镇咳药。直 接抑制延髓咳嗽中枢，使其对外周传来的刺激不敏感，对于各种原因引起的咳嗽都有一定效果。多用于癌症、急性肺梗塞、左心衰竭引起的咳嗽。常用药物有可待因、咳必清、咳美芬、咳平。②末梢性镇咳药。抑制咳嗽反射弧中除咳嗽中枢以外的环节的药物，对刺激性干咳或阵咳效果较好，常用的如咳宁、甘草片。 二苯哌丙烷（咳快好）兼有中枢性和末梢性双重镇咳作用。 应用镇咳药物时首先必须明确引起咳嗽的病因，并采用相应的措施；对于有痰的咳嗽，必须同时合用祛痰药，以免由于痰液排出受阻加重感染。 |
