异丁基-2-氰丙烯酸盐
介入放射学用栓塞材料。又译为氰基丙烯酸异丁酯。未聚合的IBCA为透明无色液体，聚合后为白色固体。介入放射学中用为组织粘合剂，属永久性栓塞剂，常用于颅内血管畸形，胃-食管静脉曲张，精索静脉曲张，动脉瘤等。IBCA可通过0.66～0.99mm(2～3F)的导管注射，故多采用同轴导管技术注入。IBCA的缺点是投放技术要求高，使用时最好混以钽粉、碘油、碘苯酯等对比剂，不但有利于透视下观察，而且可以延长聚合时间，防止血管与导管粘在一起，有利于操作。
