性质:有2-硝基与3-硝基两种异构体,而以前者较重要。两者皆为黄色晶体。它们的物理常数分别为:2-硝基呋喃,沸点84℃(1.733kPa),熔点29℃;3-硝基呋喃,熔点27℃。皆溶于水、乙醇及乙醚。2-硝基呋喃可用硝酸与乙酸酐的混合物与呋喃反应制取,产物进一步硝化时,得2,5-二硝基呋喃(熔点101℃)。用作有机合成中间体。
