Using the stolon of the Paris polyphylla as the experimental material, the extraction ratio of steroidal saponin has been studied with the orthogonal test of L_ 16 (4~ 5 ), in which the 4 factors are extraction time, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and the ratio for the mass of raw material drug to the volume of ethanol, and then the optimized extraction has been obtained.
以滇重楼的根茎为实验材料,重楼甾体总皂甙的提取率为评价指标,运用L16(45)正交试验,考察了皂甙浸出过程中的浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、超声剂量、粗粉质量与浸泡用乙醇体积之比4个因素在4个水平下的工艺过程,筛选出了最佳提取工艺。

【来源】
为百合科植物云南重楼Paris yunnanensis Franch. 的根茎。
【植物形态】
多年生草本。叶6～10片轮生，叶柄长5～20mm，叶片厚纸质，披针形、卵状长圆形至倒卵形，长5～11cm ,宽2～4.5cm。花梗从茎顶抽出，顶生一花；花两性，萼片披针形或长卵形，绿色，长3.5～6cm；花被片线形而略带披针形，黄色，长为萼片的1/2左右至近等长中部以上宽2～6mm；雄蕊8～10，花药长1～1.5cm,花丝比药短，药隔突出部分1～2mm。花期6～7月，果期9～10月。 生于山地林下或路旁草丛的阴湿处。主产云南、贵州、四川。
【采制】
全年均可采挖，但以秋季采为好，晒干或切片晒干。
【性状】
根茎类圆柱形，多较平直，少数弯曲。直径1～6cm，长4.5～12cm。表面黄棕色，少数灰褐色，较平滑；环节较稀疏，突起不明显；茎痕半圆形或扁圆形，不规则排列，表面较平或稍突起。质坚硬，不易折断，断成粉质或角质化。气微，味苦。
【化学成分】
含多种甾体皂甙，为薯蓣皂甙元（diosgenin）和偏诺皂甙元（pennogenin）的二、三、四糖甙，另含β-蜕皮激素、胡萝卜甙等。
【性味】
性微寒，味苦；有小毒。
【功能主治】
清热解毒，消肿止痛，凉肝定惊。作于疔肿痈肿、咽喉肿痛、毒蛇咬伤、跌扑伤痛、惊风抽搐。
