挂线法

    中医外治法之一。应用药制丝线、纸裹药线、医用药线、橡皮筋线等材料,采取挂线法以剖开瘘管或窦道的一种治疗方法。这种治疗方法是利用挂线的紧箍力,阻滞气血、经络,使局部组织坏死,从而达到慢切开的治疗目的。挂线的要领是从瘘管外口穿入,由内口穿出,然后药线两头以双重结结扎固定。本疗法适用于单纯性肛瘘、复杂性肛瘘、乳房部瘘管(窦道),对于高位复杂性肛瘘尤具显效。本疗法具有操作简便,疗效确切,治疗过程中几乎不出血,术后创口愈合快,不影响其生理功能等特点,为临床广泛应用。
