zhengql foshengq.Palwux一tong燕汽发生器排污系统(steam genera，or blow-down，ystem)收集和处理落汽发生器的排污水以便回收热量和复用二回路水的系统。在燕汽发生器二次侧给水中，二回路补给水或凝汽器泄漏带来的杂质会随着给水的不断蒸发而被浓缩并残留在蒸汽发生器中，破坏其二次侧水的运行水质，因此必须进行排污。本系统的来水主要有:蒸汽发生器的上下排污水、取样水及二次侧放空的疏水.蒸汽发生器的排污率(排污量与蒸发量之比)与其水处理制度和运行工况有关，设计的最大排污率一般不超过1.5%。有的核电厂除正常运行的连续排污外，还考虑在2~5 min内最大排污率为3吓~5%的定期排污，以清除管板上的淤渣。 排污水的处理有:减压、扩容、冷却和净化等过程。根据不同的热量回收方式，蒸汽发生器排污系统有两种不同的处理工艺流程:①排污水经减压进人扩容器，扩容后产生的燕汽去二回路除氧器复用;分离出的水被冷却和离子交换净化后送二回路的凝汽器复用。②排污水经再生式热交换器，由二回路主凝水冷却后被减压，然后在非再生式热交换器内被设备冷却水冷至5。℃左右，最后经树脂床净化后作为二回路系统的复用水。 本系统设有放射性检测仪表，若蒸汽发生器的传热管发生泄漏，排污水净化后的放射性水平超过允许值，则排水将自动切换至一回路放射性废水处理系统。
