性质:是由羟甲基尼龙、苯酚、甲醛为主要原料,用酸或碱作催化剂,经缩聚、脱水制得热塑性或热固性酚醛树脂。尼龙,科学名称应为聚酰胺,羟甲基尼龙应是羟甲基聚酰胺。该树脂保持了一般酚醛树脂的优点、羟甲基尼龙的加入,改善了树脂的流动性,(热固性树脂黏度0.06~0.1Pa·s)提高了酚醛塑料的冲击强度和弯曲强度。该树脂适于制作快速成型(凝胶时间70~100s/150℃)的玻璃纤维增强塑料,制品机械强度高、耐热、耐磨。热塑性树脂可作上光剂,涂在印刷品、纸制品、皮革等表面,增强其韧性、耐磨性、光滑度等。
