| 折旧 depreciation 固定资本在使用过程中因损耗逐渐转移到新产品中去的那部分价值的一种补偿方式。固定资本的物质形态在报废之前是在生产中长期被使用的，它的价值却是按照其在生产中的损耗程度一部分一部分逐渐地转移到产品中去的。为了保证再生产的正常继续进行，必须在产品销售以后，把那部分已经转移到新产品中去的固定资本的价值，以货币形式提取并积累起来，以便若干年后即在固定资本价值全部转移完毕时用于更新固定资本。这种按固定资本的损耗程度进行补偿的方法就称为折旧。 |
