jiaolul面ng焦炉炉龄(eoke oven service 11介)焦炉从开工生产到停产报废的总时间。在结构合理、施工质量良好、生产操作正常和维修及时的情况下,现代焦炉炉龄可达25一30年,相当于每个炭化室推焦12000~15000次。焦炉在生产巧年以后,一般已不能维持原设计的生产能力;但生产管理良好的焦炉在生产20年后,有的仍能保持原设计水平,所以正确的焦炉操作、管理和维护是延长焦炉炉龄的关键。 评估焦炉炉龄的重要依据是焦炉衰老程度。炉体伸长量的增大是焦炉衰老的重要标志之一。根据苏联和中国的经验,炭化室高4一4.3m、长13一14m的焦炉,当炉门下横铁处的炉长较原始冷态炉长增加500~以上时,焦炉就难以维持正常生产。炉长增加的原因是:炉墙砖晶型转变,炉墙砖因温度波动或机械冲击而产生裂缝以及因炉体保护压力不足而引起炉墙砖松动。为减缓炉体伸长速度,首先在砌炉时要选用真密度合格的硅砖;在焦炉操作中要严格控制开关炉门时间和装沪煤水分;禁止频繁改变加热煤气种类和大幅度改变结焦时间和严禁强行推焦。同时要防止护炉铁件损坏造成炉体保护压力不足,确保焦炉燃烧室墙沿高向所承受的额定压力和蓄热室墙应得到的保护压力,使炉墙得到良好的保护。焦炉衰老的另一标志是生产操作困难程度的增大,其中主要是焦饼难推;此外,还出现砌体窜漏、通道堵塞、炉墙变形和炭化室变窄,甚至出现死火道等使焦炉操作发生困难的衰老征兆。与此同时,焦炉各项指标变差,炼焦耗热贵增大,产量降低,焦炭质量下降,焦护砌体修理费用和生产成本增加。焦炉衰老到一定程度再继续生产就会失去其经济合理性而需要拆除重建。 (杜长莽彭降枯)
