性质:又称带折边球形封头。其壳体轴向截面为带折边部分球面,结构见图(图暂缺)。该封头由半径Ri的球面、高度为L的圆筒形直边,半径为r的连接球面与直边的过渡区三部分组成。过渡区的存在使球面与圆筒体的连接由突然转折而变为平滑过渡,较好地改善了连接处的受力状况。碟形封头深度h与Ri和r有关,h值的大小直接影响封头的制造难易和壁厚的多少。故在设计时要合理的选取h、r和Ri,详细规定参考GB150“钢制压力容器”规范。
