补充资料:白银寺儿湾石窑
寺儿湾石窟位于甘肃靖远县城西南20公里的北湾镇,石窟开凿于黄河北岸红岩崖上,古名"红罗寺",因红罗山而得名。窟内有塑像62尊,其中壁间岩石成者为唐代造像,下面十八罗汉是后代所塑,保存基本完好,造像有释伽、伽叶、阿难、观音、天王等。此窟为砖卷拱结构,上有木结构小阁一座,门前左方残碑一块,题曰:"古刹寺碑记"。红罗寺原有6窟,始建于唐代,其中黄河北岸5个窟毁于炸山取石,仅存中间一窟。现有寺儿湾石窟有石雕及石胎泥塑造像66尊,形象生动,神态逼真,有较高的艺术价值,1981年列为省级文物保护单位。
