Using an iridium cruicble waste with a containing Iridium of 70% as the raw material,iridium powder was obtained by the steps of Al-alloying,acid leaching,Na2O2-melting,aqua regia leaching,deep purification of the solution and treatment of the mother liquor after the precipitating (NH4)2IrCl6 .

In this article,the combustion theory of pulerized coal in blast smelter was searched,the formulaes for caculating fuel consumption was educed,the influence for combustion-supporting air coefficient to metallurgy process was studied,the applied way for improving combustion operation was directed.
阐明了烟化熔炼过程中的燃烧机理,导出了燃耗计算公式,研究了空气系数对主要冶金参数的影响,提出了改善燃烧操作的实用途径。
