原料
[白薯][青梅][金糕][白糖][饴糖][糖桂花][芝麻仁]
掌故说明
伊斯兰教的回族同胞每逢年节或喜庆的日子，多用茶菜和甜卷果来招待客人吃。糖茶菜色泽深黄，味道醇美香甜，宜于秋、冬季制作。
制作方法
将白薯洗净，切成半分厚的片，摊开晾二三小时；锅内花生油用旺火烧到八成热，将白薯片下入油锅，用手勺搅动，炸至深黄色时捞出；锅内放入饴糖、白糖、糖桂花和凉水搅匀，放在微火上熬，并不断搅动，熬至糖能拔丝时，倒入白薯片炒拌，拌至白薯片都挂上糖汁时，倒入盘中，撒上金糕丝、青梅丝和芝麻仁即成。
