The hot protecting lubricants have a great protecting effect on the surface of the hot extrusion material(4Cr 5MoV 1Si).
针对铝型材在高温挤压过程中，模具工作带会出现划痕的问题，用实验方法模拟了热挤压模具材料４Ｃｒ５ＭｏＶ１Ｓｉ（即Ｈ１３）在高温保护润滑剂保护下的性能，论证了热挤压模具的工作带在高温的情况下，加热时间长了就会出现软带、软点现象，说明在铝型材挤压的工作温度（４００～５００℃）下，高温保护润滑剂具有保护作用，分析了在有、无保护润滑剂条件下热挤压材料４Ｃｒ５ＭｏＶ１Ｓｉ表面性能的状态，实验表明在有保护润滑剂保护的情况下，可改善模具材料工作表面的氧化腐蚀程度。
