By using contact analysis function of finite element software,the difficult contact problem of one-sided to many was resolved with proper finite element model and the maximum transmission torque of cylindrical elasticity sleeve expansion-joints was obtained through theory analysis.

The article presents an analysis of the problems with angular gear centralized driving roller table and the reason why they are caused, then puts forward an expansion sleeve connection to replace the traditional structure.
