用量用法：
抗痛风：成人口服每次０．１～０．２ｇ，每日２次，剂量可递增至每日４００～３００ｍｇ，时间可用至１周。维持量：每次１００～４００ｍｇ，每日２次。
注意事项：
1.急性痛风关节炎控制后２周，方可使用本品。 2.与食物同服或同服碳酸氢钠，可减少药物对胃肠刺激及减少尿酸在泌尿道内沉着。 3.１０％～１５％病人服后有胃肠道反应。 4.不可与乙酰水杨酸及其它水杨酸盐同服。 5.有报道，个别病人用药期间可引起肾功衰竭。
