预处理液[4%蔗糖+300mg·L-18-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+60mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3+25mg·L-1B9]能延长百合切花瓶插寿命3d,增加鲜重,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,延缓丙二醛(MDA)含量的增加和超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)产率,减少水分散失,维持膜结构的相对稳定性。
