兴隆洲湿地公园位于六合区东南25公里，由于地处滩涂地段，湿地公园拥有数以万计的野鸭、黑水鸡、白鹭、平嘴鸥等20多种野生水禽，自然资源、生态资源和野生动植物资源极其的丰富。建成后的湿地公园内还将建设一个野生水禽保护站，配置望远镜等仪器设备，建设鸟台，届时游览在此的市民可以观赏到群鸟飞舞的壮丽景观。
