Considering the differences of the industrial honeycomb briquette in price and quality,and the constraints of total content 100% and the minimum and maximum contents of every briquette factor in optimizing proportion of the industrial honeycomb briquette,we established a regression equation of the industrial honeycomb briquette by applying the symmetry-pure form design and the regression analysis.
针对中国的工业蜂窝型煤产品普遍存在着质量参差不齐等现象,考虑工业蜂窝型煤配方设计时受总量为100%和各因素有不同上下限约束的情况,运用混料回归实验设计中的对称-单纯形设计法,通过回归分析,找到了工业蜂窝型煤质量指标与各组分之间具有高度显著性的回归方程,并筛选出了生产上适用的工业蜂窝型煤优化配比方案。
