通过对炼钢连铸生产特点分析,提出基于时间倒推法和流程仿真相结合的用于炼钢连铸生产计划的制定方法,利用时间倒推法快速生成满足一定生产目标的生产作业计划,并作为炼钢物流仿真模型的仿真输入条件,通过模型仿真可进一步制定出考虑了生产过程的时间随机性、运输设备限制,并满足无设备冲突、连浇生产等约束条件的生产计划,提高计划在实际生产的可执行性。
