温标 thermometric scale 温度的数值表示法。温标包括三要素:测温物质及其测温属性、定标点、分度法。例如早年的摄氏温标,规定标准大气压下的水沸点为100℃,冰点为0℃,采用毛细管水银温度计,规定温度与毛细管中水银柱的高度成正比。这种依赖特定测温物质(如水银)及其测温属性(规定其高度随温度线性地变化)的温标称为经验温标。由于选择的不同,经验温标有多种,随意而不统一,需要选定一种作为标准,才能确保测度测量的统一。 1848年L.开尔文建立了一种理论温标。根据卡诺定理,一切工作于两个给定热源之间的可逆热机的效率均相等,仅与这两个热源的温度有关,而与工作物质无关。由此可引入一个与测温物质及其测温属性无关的温标T ,来标示热源的温度。它的比值等于可逆热机与这两个热源之间传递的热量之比,即。当传递给低温热源的热量趋于零时,低温热源的温度也趋于一个极限值——绝对零度。这个温标叫做热力学温标T,单位是开尔文,简称开(K)。只要再规定一个定标点和分度法,它的定义就完整了。1960年国际计量大会决定采用水的三相点为定标点,规定其值为T3=273.16 K。在这种规定下 ,水的冰点温度近似等于273.15 K。间隔1K等于1℃。见温度,开尔文(单位)。 |
