In view of the protection of IGBT in MAO source equipment,the paper analyses the grid characteristics of high-power IGBT and the primary reason of causing failure,and gives several measures about protecting IGBT,also it introduces the principles and applications of driving module 2SD315A developed by CONCEPT recently,which is specially for driving high-power IGBT.
