副胎盘
胎盘附有1个或2个副叶，详见附图。其副叶有血管与胎盘主体相连。在第3产程胎盘娩出时，其副叶常常不随之共同娩出，造成胎盘部分的残留，影响子宫收缩导致产后出血。如果在产后仔细检查胎盘时发现胎膜有缺损，或在胎膜边缘有断裂的血管，应想到胎盘部分残留或副胎盘的可能。应立即重新消毒外阴，换消毒手套，徒手入宫腔将残留副胎盘取出。
