葡萄疫 葡萄疫 疫证之一,出《外科正宗》卷四。属斑毒类病证。病由邪热入营,肌肉、腠理之分受其燔灼而外发于皮肤,斑色青紫如葡萄,故名。多见于幼童及青少年。清·邵仙指出“热蕴于胃,伤及血阴”(见《伤寒指掌》)为其主要病机。余奉仙《医方经验汇编》:“疫以是名者,乃以其色之青紫相似也……其形或如瓜瓣,或如萍背,亦有如指甲、青钱之大者,XXXX成片,梭圆不等,其色则紫中兼青……治之者当去其阳明之邪,清其血分之热,察其虚实及有无兼证……治法首先清血中之毒,使毒不内犯;益血中之气,使气能领血,气行毒化,或可成功。”治以《局方》活命金丹去元明粉,加西洋参;或以新订消癍活命饮(川大黄、黄芩、连翘、生甘草、山栀、苏荷、板蓝根、青黛、西洋参、当归、大生地、郁金、浮萍、紫菊花)治之。参见疫证条。
