采用细菌分离鉴定、结合PCR方法,对江苏、上海、安徽、广西、浙江、江西、山东、河南、湖北等省市2003年11月~2005年4月送检的159个患病猪场仔猪肺脏进行了副猪嗜血杆菌检测,结果阳性猪场为76个,阳性率48%,临床症状主要为呼吸困难和体温升高;病理变化主要有肺炎病变和淋巴结肿大或出血。
