A series of 2-substituted aminothiocarbonyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine compounds were synthesized by the condensation reaction of N,N'-disubstituted dithiooxamide with 1,3-propylenediamine in DMSO.
以N,N'-二取代二硫代草酰胺与1,3-丙二胺在DMSO中进行缩合反应,合成了一系列2-取代氨基硫代甲酰基-3,4,5,6-四氢嘧啶,反应在2h内完成,产率56%~76%。

Three important intermediates for the preparation of hole transport materials were synthesized by the acylation of N,N-disubstituted aniline.
